What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Claims for damaged items must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please email customerservice@adirondackgiftstore.com with your damage return request. Your replacement item will be shipped to you once we have received the damaged merchandise. If a refund is requested, it will be processed once we have received the product.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders received Monday - Friday are processed within 12 hours. Order received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. |
